Why are some people luckier than others?

Life is all about choices! Our choices direct our life! Many times in life we encounter situations were there are more than one good choices possible. For example lets say 10 people win a lottery…They get 10,000$ each. Each of them invests in areas which they believe as the best. But after 10 years we find that someone lost all his money in the endeavour while another person went on to become a millionaire!! Even after very careful study it is hard to predict future. Natural disasters, changing political and socio economic scenarios are always encountered in life.

I remember 3 guys who bought lands in 3 different parts of the world. They were all great friends and very good people. After 30 yrs things changed, and one of them lost the whole land because of a war. The other guy still retains the land and its worth 5 times the amount he bought it for. But the third guy is a millionaire today because the land became a part of a metro city, people are willing to spend anything for it.
