Where can I find a millionaire investor to invest in an excellent Real State in Panama?

I would like to find an investor or an international real state company that would be interested in buying\finding a buyer for a 154 million real estate property:

2. Pasture improvement
3. 70 horses
4. beachfront

I would really appreciate any help, this property is excellent for investment. The real estate was specially made for this type of work which is farming, breeding, livestock, etc.

I have seen too many Real Estate scams in foreign countries to suggest anybody do that.
You might try contacting International Living, as I think they also run some Real Estate investing services in different countries. They might be able to check you out and put you with investors.
But I am very suspicious as you said “invest in” not “buy” or that you would like to “sell”.
